A 25-Year Legacy of Mutual Trust: Celebrating Miss Tammy & Her Global Students
Last night, Caspian Persian Cuisine (proudly rebranded as Molana Restaurant) had the absolute honor of hosting a vibrant, unforgettable gathering. For over 25 years, our doors have been open to a truly remarkable and dedicated member of our family: Miss Tammy.
Miss Tammy does incredibly unique and noble work in our community. She dedicates her life to helping international students get a fast head start as they arrive in a new country, selflessly providing them with housing, counseling, financial guidance, and vital food support. Every few months, as a fresh group of students arrives from all corners of the globe, Miss Tammy brings them together for a special welcome dinner—giving them their very first taste of community, comfort, and dining out in their new home.
For a quarter of a century, Caspian Persian Cuisine (rebranded as Molana Restaurant) has been the proud kitchen behind these gatherings. We never thought to share this beautiful tradition with the world until last night. While looking at the smiling faces of 25 international students, our Master Chef began capturing videos and photos. In that moment, he decided we must celebrate Miss Tammy publicly—to give back, say thank you, and honor a 25-year legacy of mutual trust and loyal customer satisfaction.
Because Miss Tammy has a profound love for our poultry dishes, our Master Chef stepped away from the regular menu to craft an exclusive, off-menu tasting feast just for her group. He paired succulent fire-grilled Cornish Hen with Shirin Polo (traditional sweet jeweled rice) and Cornish Hen with Adas Polo (fragrant lentil and raisin rice), mixing authentic tastes to create a true royal combo platter.
